Refunds and cancellation

Try it, and if it isn’t for you, ask within 14 days and we refund the month in full — as long as you have barely used it. Cancel whenever you like; you keep the minutes you have already paid for until the month runs out.

Before any of that, every new account gets 3 free minutes. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan.

Within 14 days of a payment, we will refund it in full if you have used no more than a quarter of that month’s minutes. That is:

• ·Starter — up to 5 of your 20 minutes used, $19 back.
• ·Plus — up to 11 of your 45 minutes used, $39 back.
• ·Pro — up to 23 of your 95 minutes used, $79 back.

You do not have to give a reason. Email contact@aceaispark.com from the address on your account and we will send it back the way you paid, usually within a few working days once we have processed it.

Past 14 days, or once you have used more than that, we don’t refund the month you are in — but you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again.

Some things are our fault, and the policy above does not apply to them. Tell us and we will put it right whatever the calendar says:

• ·You were charged twice, or charged after cancelling.
• ·A session failed, cut out or never connected because of us. We put the minutes back; if it keeps happening, we refund.
• ·You never used the service at all in the period you were billed for.

Go to your account and choose Change plan. That opens the billing page run by Stripe, where you can cancel, switch plan or update your card. Cancelling stops the next payment — it does not end the month you have already paid for, and your minutes stay usable until it ends.

Closing your account entirely is on the same page, at the bottom. That cancels any subscription first, then deletes your data.

Minutes are counted by the second while you are actually talking, not by how long a page is open. Each month’s allowance resets and does not roll over, so unused minutes are not banked and are not refundable on their own — the plan buys you a month’s access, not a pot of credit.

The one-time 3-minute trial is free, granted once, and there is nothing to refund on it.

Nothing here takes away rights you have by law. If you are in the UK or the EU you may have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days; where that applies it stands alongside this policy, and where the law gives you more than we offer, the law wins.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe operates its own buyer protection and may issue a refund within 60 days of a purchase on its own initiative, including to settle a dispute. That is their decision, not ours, and we will honour it.

If something looks wrong on your statement, email us first. A chargeback takes weeks, freezes the account while it runs, and we can almost always fix the problem the same day. We would rather refund you than argue with your bank about it.
